Step 1

The following templates need to be completed for submission of each claim

• Directors Statement – signed, dated and submitted on company’s headed paper (44KB)
• Independent Accountant’s Report - signed, dated and submitted directly by your accountant on their headed paper (40KB)
• Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate only if the version previously submitted has expired, or will expire before 1st October 2010.
• Bank Details – signed, dated and stamped by your bank
  Please note you do not need to resubmit your bank details provided they were submitted for First Claim in Dec 2009. However, you will need to inform us if these bank details have changed in any way since the last details submitted.

Step 2

Please forward the claim forms to;

Employment Subsidy Department Call 1,
Enterprise Ireland,
The Plaza,
East Point Business Park,
Dublin 3.

The closing date for the submission of claims for first call applicants is laid out in the table below.

Step 3

Payment will be made directly to your bank account (details as submitted with your claim).
