Claims: Critical Dates

All claims must be completed and settled by the end of January 2011
First Call Applicants - Who are they?
If you successfully applied for the first call of the Employment Subsidy Scheme (Temporary) which ended on the 4th September 2009, then you are a first call applicant.

First Call Applicants - Next and Final Claim Deadline Tuesday 5pm 7th December 2010

This claim relates to the payroll period from the 23rd August to the 21st November 2010.

The fifth and final claim for Employment Subsidy Scheme (Temporary) Call 1 must be submitted no later than 5pm on Tuesday December 7th 2010 to the Agency (EI, Shannon, Údarás or IDA) which issued your letter of offer.

In order to claim you must send in both of the two fully completed documents, each of which can be downloaded below. If either one of the two (2) required documents are not received by the Agency (EI, Shannon, Údarás or IDA) which issued your letter of offer by 5pm on Tuesday December 7th 2010, your company's claim will not be processed.

It is, therefore, strongly recommended that all claims are compiled and submitted as early as possible. This will allow some contingency for any unforeseen issues which may arise during the compilation of the claim. There will be no exceptions and it is your company's responsibility to meet the 5pm deadline on Tuesday 7th December 2010.
