Claims Process - Second Call Applicants

Step 1

The following templates need to be completed for submission of each claim

• Claims Checklist (28KB)
• Directors Statement (50KB) – signed, dated and submitted on company’s headed paper.
• Independent Accountant’s Report (40KB) - signed, dated and submitted on company’s headed paper.
• Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate, (to be valid at the date of claim payment)
• Information sheet for Accountants Report

Step 2

Please check common claim errors before submitting your claim.

Please forward the claim forms to*;

* If your development agency is IDA, Shannon Development or Udaras Na Gaelige please send your claim forms directly to the address given in you letter of offer pack.

Step 3

There will be no acknowledgement by email for the receipt of claim documentation for ESS Call 2. Valid claims without errors will be processed and paid as a priority. Invalid claims and errors may result in the applicant and or independent accountant being contacted. Failure to respond to promptly to requests for missing information by the Employment Subsidy team may result in the claims not being paid.

Step 4

Payment will be by cheque.
